Šinjorina Organic Farm offers tailor-made experiences depending on the duration of the visit and the type of service. Each group visit can be customized according to guests’ interests and preferences. The family behind Šinjorina are pioneers of organic fig and quince farming in their county and produce premium organic jams with no additives. Their philosophy is simple: “Only one ingredient – organic fruit.”
The farm operates fully off-grid, powered by solar energy used for fruit processing and drying — a true example of sustainable and eco-friendly production.
The Experience
Guests are welcomed into the family’s private estate, where they discover authentic Dalmatian rural life, organic gastronomy, and sustainable farming traditions.
Farm Tour & Storytelling
During the guided visit, guests will:

Guests are welcomed with a homemade herbal brandy or liqueur and dried figs. Tastings include their signature organic jams, with the option of wine tasting from their own production.
